(no subject)

I'm trying to make up a 'Songs that make me randy' playlist for no absolutely no real reason. So far I have everything from DCD's The Ubiquitous Mr. Lovegrove (hell if I know why) to Leonard Cohen's Everybody Knows with a serving of PJ tossed in there for good measure.
What songs do it for you?

It's because in the movie "The Crossing Guard", there's a scene at a strip club set to the music of DCD's "Ubiquitous Mr Lovegrove".

Yes, you're right. That must be it. I'd completely forgotten.

Leo gets me going, too. Also, Pulp (Jarvis), Chet Baker...I dunno; a few others. :D

Hmm, I seem to remember being fond of some Pulp, I should see what Tomas has.

Jarvis is just sexy...his voice is infinitely sexy.

Peter Murphy has a sexy voice, too. ;)

the torch songs by Ronstadt and most any other sultry song sung by a woman.

That's what the PJ Harvey is for. :)

Ah.

That could work I guess. If it gets the her in the mood, it would work for me too.

I forgot Natacha Atlas!!! Sweeter than any sweets does it for me everytime. :)

yesyesyes!

I agree 100%

I have to add Juno Reactor's God is God (which has Natacha Atlas doing vocals, actually), Skold's Anything, and Wolfsheim's Touch.

Eeek, I've never heard anything by any of those people. I will have to try some out. :)

Try some Recoil - specifically stuff off the album Chrome.

Rawr.

Massive Attack - especially the latest two albums, Mezzanine and 100th Window.

Interesting seeing Tomas make an appearance - and apparent intent to come back - at AIT :)

[identity profile] danuv.livejournal.com 2003-06-16 05:38 pm (UTC)(link)
Totally forgot Recoil. Of course they belong.

Tomas seemed to enjoy himself and has been hard at work making a new character. I'm glad he is going back too, I like hearing the stories.

Some DM and CT.

[identity profile] thehangedman.livejournal.com 2003-06-16 07:21 pm (UTC)(link)
Try:"Sweetest Perfection", "Blue Dress", "Lie to Me" (in a way), "Question of Lust".

I guess it depends on my mood. Recoil would have been the first thing I said, too.

Winterkalte + hentai?
