I actually like Willy Wonka. The problem isn't with the quality of Beauty and the Beast. It is with it's constant repetition. We just need more variety. Yup.
Now see, Teletubbies was clearly made for toddlers and can certainly be annoying to some degree, but it is well done and creative. Barney is just total shite. I have no idea how it ever got popular. It gets lumped together with Out of the Box and a few other shows which are just condesending and completely annoying. Then there are shows like Dora the Explorer and The Wiggles which aren't quite as bad quality wise, but still annoy the ever living fuck out of me. I could probably write a fairly large paper on these shows so I best shut up now.
