If I say I have no (or few) regrets, it's because of my determination to learn from my mistakes and not make them again. So, I guess that's option B.

why regret a mistake when you learn from it? it makes you who you are, just as much as success!

Because maybe there are things done that make you something you don't like? I can see what you mean though.
