We went to the Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park today and it was very enjoyable. We saw manatees! I'm exhausted but it was a good day. I've learned all sort of manatee facts which I'll avoid sharing even though I know you are all dying to lean about them. Tomorrow we're going to drive across the state then take a costal road back up towards home so that I can see the ocean. I love the ocean.

Ah, I love that area :)

On top of diving trips, I once spent a week there in 1990 at Homosassa Springs Baptist Church helping lead a youth revival wherein I was the preacher.

Praise the Lord. I'm pretty sure this is the area we once came to for a youth camp when I was a newly minted teenager. I keep hearing Bash-N-the-Code in my head. You probably came along too late for them. Count your blessings.
