(no subject)

Today Rhiannon and I were watching a nature film where a cricket landed into the web of a spider. Mr. or Ms. Spider immediately decended on the snagged cricket, wrapped him up in web and then ate him. Rhiannon was appalled and decided that the spider was 'mean'. Thus began a long conversation about the eating of animals. "We don't kill chickens, we get them from Chick-Fil-A!" Erm. Um. It was an interesting discussion.
