(no subject)

I have a ticket to Boston for Thursday. Today I was supposed to go get a new license because mine was stolen out of our car shortly after we moved in town. I spent all morning looking for my birth certificate and can't find it anywhere. Joy. I guess we'll spend some time this week trying to pull together alternate forms of identification so that I can get my license before Thursday and I'll try not to rip all my hair out from the stress.
Rhiannon is signed up for the local charter school next year. I think she'll do really well there. There is a good teacher to child ratio and they use teaching styles I'd already been planning on using when we were going to home school. Plus they teach the children Spanish. The parents are very very active with the school and there seems to be a lot more participation than in a more normal school. I can't believe my baby is going to kindergarten.
