Mar. 18th, 2005 10:43 pmJeffrey says I should write, "American Murder Ballad Pledge Drive" in my post today. I don't know what that means but I'm so tired that it sounds like a good idea.
Mom and I took a spontaneous trip to Helen, Georgia today because I heard that BPAL is now being carried in a store there. I think mostly we were in the mood for a road trip. here are a few bad pictures. All in all, Helen is a scary place that I probably would never want to visit again were it not for the Precious. We followed that up with a drive across the state to stuff ourselves silly at the Dillard House. Mmm. When I got home, Tomas had picked up my German book from the 30's about Mary Wigman that had belonged to a man in Israel and was stuck at the post office. Fit in with the rest of the day. It is full of awesome pictures and lots and lots of German text that I can't read!... yet. I wish I had a scanner.
