(no subject)

I walked (at a good pace) all the way around the park this morning, even the big freaking hills. Ben Folds worked well for this. I have cleaned the kitchen, done a load of laundry and am now sitting down to a bowl of steel cut oatmeal. Soon I will get up and begin the gumbo making because this is Gumbo Making Day (Stock Making Day having been yesterday). I will not lie around all day long feeling sorry for myself.
