Mar. 13th, 2006 09:46 pmWe didn't get to stay in the hotel that I wanted to because of the thing that made us nearly not be able to go but the hotel we are in has wireless. Woo! The new niece is adorable. All squiggly and squishy and pink. I wonder if I can steal her and mail her back in 6 months or so.
Mom and I went down to the pool for a few. She struck up a conversation with a woman sitting there who was down here with her family from Canada geocaching. They'd already been through Atlanta. Nifty.
Tomorrow we're going to a park to see the manatees. Yay! I kept looking for old school Stuckeys all the way down but the ones we saw were all combo DQ/gas station Stuckeys with like one tiny row of kitchy junk. I did get a pecan log.
