(no subject)

Today I walked down to Oakland Cemetery and took some pictures then found a nice shady tree to have lunch under and read for a bit. It was quite nice. I'm going to have to buy a new pair of shoes if I want to make a habit of these moderately long walks. Mine are wearing out. I hate buying shoes.

My iBook is undergoing repairs so I'm desk bound. I miss my laptop. I've delayed getting her fixed for quite a while because I knew I'd hate being stuck with my lovely (but in need of ram) iMac. Her issues were becoming Legion though so it was time. The "Genius" at the Apple store had never heard of Linux. How can you have anything to do with computers professionally and not know what Linux is?!
