Oct. 12th, 2009 09:16 amNot the best weekend ever. Our phone has been out since Wed., my washing machine died on Saturday, my coffee maker is acting up, Jack is getting sick being a mischievous crankaholic who won't sleep, Tomas had to go in to work on Sunday for 12 hours and I'm pms'ing. Oh and we're at the end of the pay period so out of money and groceries. Whee.
This week will be better. I declare it thus. The phone will get fixed tomorrow. We get paid Thursday. Jack will get over his crud and Tomas is having a half day on Wed and taking Friday off.
I moved all the books off the bottom two shelves of the big bookcase in the living room after discovering that out of print German modern dance books from the 1920's and two year olds don't mix well. He hasn't yet discovered the bookshelf right next to it and I hope he doesn't because I'd have to move the entire thing to another room and I really would rather not do that. Now the bottom shelf has been loaded up with Jack's books which are not nearly as amusing to him as my books though Clara Cow Wraps Up Warm did get a couple reads yesterday. It's always a favorite right after No, David! No!
