Tomas' company is moving across the street into a new space. This means he has to be at work at 6am every morning to make sure things go smoothly. It also means I am responsible for taking the kid into school and picking her up. Yesterday it was pouring when the time came to retrieve her. Normally Tomas would just leave work and hop over there in his car but right now that isn't possible. Instead the girls argued over the two umbrellas we had, leaving me completely without one which meant that I got completely and totally drenched. It was delightful. It's raining again this morning. I can't express how much utter joy I feel at the thought of dragging two kids holding large dripping umbrellas to school at 7:30am.

It wasn't too bad anyway. Just mostly drips. I think we are ahead of the downpours this time.
