danuvI've never been very good at casual friendships.... never been able to strike the right balance of concern and complacency. Someday perhaps I will learn and then be able to say and do the right things without causing discomfort or annoyance.
I'm not a cruel person. Only when completely terrified or totally enraged will I strike out.
Last night was a good night. I had amusing banter with a new friend and a long talk with a loved one. Warm fuzzies were abundant. I went to bed late but feeling happy. That doesn't happen much these days.
Today has not been so great. Hopefully it will improve.
I need a more moody user pic.
