I was browsing through recipes looking for one for scalloped potatoes and the comments on the one I ended up using cracked me up. People were actually complaining that the end result was too fattening or rich... yeah um, it uses a ton of butter, a carton of cream and several cups of cheese... ya think? "Not for the health conscious." That person gave it three out of five stars I assume because of that. Yeesh.
