Mom is moving today and won't have room for a lot of her stuff so I now have wicker porch furniture, a porch table, a small birdbath, three bookshelves (two nice one kinda crappy) and some planters. The wicker needs new cushions and I need to figure out how to clean it but it will be nice to have. We've been using our porch so much this year. The girls really enjoy eating out here. I also need to find out which herbs do well in shade or partial shade. I've got some mint up here already. My landlady brought my a little cilantro plant which she says does well here contrary to what I'd heard in the past so now I have three parsley plants, a basil, a variegated thyme and the cilantro planted in the yard plus three tiny Thai basil plants waiting to be big enough to join the other basil. I want to get a couple more plain basil plants and some lemon balm if I can find it.
