Spent the entire day with my husband's child molesting, redneck, extended family. Boy, was that fun.

Argh! I am so sorry. Luckily everyone in my family that is still lecherously disgusting, lives pretty far away. The downside is that family reunion time is approaching and I am obligated to attend. Time to forge a death certificate!

They aren't terrible people, just the fact that I know each one of them has more than likely been molested (the grandfather who abused them all died a few years ago), makes me totally paranoid about having my children up there. I don't want to let my eyes off them for a second. They just aren't the kind of people I want to spend the day with. Tomas isn't close to them and I don't believe in keeping up ties with family memeber just because they are, at least not as extended as they are.
