Is there really something interesting and worth journaling every day in every person's life? I keep hearing that lately. My great grandmother journals every day supposedly, even if it is just to write about the weather.
My weekend has been busier than I am used to, a bbq on Saturday with a gathering of strangers and my sisters birthday party tonight. However, despite all that business I can't really think of any one bit to write about. Not that it was a boring weekend but I have difficulty thinking of something worthy of picking out.

Today was hot and humid.

I was also reminded that it is an excellent idea to journal in the morning before doing anything else, even if it is just nonsense babble, because it is a good way to get all the muck out of the way so that the rest of your day can be enjoyed muck free and more carefree.

I should try that more often. The brief period I get alone in the morning is usually spent waking up.

oh yeah... I was going to add to this.... sorry for the delay!

The idea is to get rid of all the negative energy first. I used to take a moment or two on the companies clock when I had a more private office. haven't done much of that myself either! (not a morning person myself!)
