Dec. 17th, 2001 11:25 amMy hard drive finally went crashing to it's death over the weekend. Tomas got windows reinstalled on the other drive that used to be his. If I can get a replacement for the Good Drive Gone Bad I can have 60 gigs all to myself. That would be loverly.
When I went to check my email this morning for the first time on the new install/drive, I got all sorts of mail that I should have gotten months ago and never did. This makes Chava unhappy. My grandmother, who I've had a rather strained relationship with, wrote and I'd have like to of known that.
The weekend was not too exciting. My father (as I posted earlier) came over and took Rhiannon out for the day. That's the first time he has ever had her alone. My mom was worried he would lose her. She came back bejeweled (with plastic kid jewelry) and with a new Blue's Clues outfit. It was apparently a rather impressive day.
Tomas is supposed to go to a Christmas dinner with his boss but he can't find his suit so he probably will end up not being able to go. Not good.
Oh, I won the plate. I am paying far more than I ought to be paying, but oh well.
