Today was online shopping day. I've decided to take up running (or at least give it a try) and so I needed some things. Of course I didn't want to spend a lot of money since I'm totally unsure how well I'll do running, but at the very least I needed some sneakers and some pants that weren't blue jeans. I picked up a couple of pairs of pants and a jacket on sale at OldNavy.com and then got some entry level running shoes that Varia helped me pick out from zappos.com. I just got an email from zappos saying that they were upgrading my shipping or something so that it would go out today rather than in the expected 4-5 days. Seems like a nice company thus far. I should have my zippin' about shoes on Monday! Whee. I'm actually excited. About running. Gah. Oh the things a-year-ago-me would have said about all this.
