There's a pot of gumbo bubbling on the stove, there's a gentle thunder shower going on outside, I smell lightly of sandalwood, vanilla, and spices, I have a good book to read, and the people I love are busy but well, my life isn't too bad right now.
Ok, so I was being generous! :P I like to think that I am fairly safe from big bad stormy things in this house because the length of it is a few feet from another house and even if a tree did fall on either end it'd have to go through the upstairs neighbor's apartment first. Muhahaha. I was leaning against a wall for some of that thunder and the house was shaking, so it was pretty loud, but I am just really relaxed today for some reason.
