Nov. 2nd, 2004 10:39 pmI really hate elections. Maybe I really hate living in Georgia during elections because my vote basically does diddly squat and apparently most of my fellow Georgians think that gay people are ebil. It makes for a sad Chava. On the brighter side at least most of the people in my immediate area aren't ebil gay haters and a lot of them seem to have walked to our local polling place which I found delightful for some weird reason. Kinda neat to live in an area where people know each other, your kid's school principle lives around the corner, and you run into local restaurant owners at the grocery store. Oh, and getting to hear the lion roaring on my way home from voting was nice too.
My mood is much improved from recent days. Life is evening out somewhat. I'm getting into a more comfortable and secure place in my personal relationships. Not that I am entirely secure, but I'm making progress. I was in a perky mood all night! Amazing! Only a couple of brief dips. I think maybe I should go howl at the moon. Oh damn, it's storming.
There's too much candy here. I'm feeling the need/desire for some sort of vigorous physical motion resulting in sweating and burned calories. I think there's a name for it.
