Just watched the new Madonna video and I have no idea what all the fuss is about. Nothing in it that I haven't seen elsewhere..... just that usually such things are done by men. Hope it wasn't because of that. I liked the little voice over talking about "it's ok for a girl to be a boy [to dress like on] but for a boy to dress like a girl is degrading because to you being a woman is degrading" (may have gotten some of that wrong).

That was the point I was making earlier. It seems like she is getting wrongly censored because it is a woman doing the things we have come to accept when they are done by men in similar videos. Kind of like the flack when Thelma and Louise came out.

It didn't even seem *that* violent to me. No blood... no one getting shot. Nothing like that. She ran her car into a lot of things. That was about it. Big deal. It's just all really stupid.

I so agree. Dammit, what do they think; girls are supposed to do nothing but sit around, look cute and bake cupcakes???
