A couple weeks ago at the EarthDay thing in Grant Park a local restaurant, Floataway Cafe, had a booth set up and were passing out samples of a cold asparagus soup that was scrumptious. I think my version came pretty close but maybe had a touch too much lemon zest in it. Tasty though.
