Apr. 14th, 2004 03:12 pmI am in possession of a 275g bar of Scharffen Berger bittersweet chocolate. What to do... what to do. I plan on making some brownies with part of it and another chunk of semisweet I have leftover but that leaves most of this large chunk to make something else with. Chocolate mousse? I have a little carton of whipping cream. Hrm. What to do... what to do.
