It's tricky for me not to let a glum mood overtake everything. Separate what is causing the bad feelings from everything else and isolate it to just that. Not easy. I wish it were as easy to get oneself into a good mood as it is to swing the other way. There has to be some way. I'm replacing 'if we can put a man on the moon' with 'if I can lose weight' lately. Now I just need to lift the shades and brighten the hues. Let go of the cares and concerns that really are fairly inconsequential in the grand scheme of things and focus on what is good and right. Get off my ass and stop feeling sorry for myself and make positive (if tiny) changes. Do the dishes. Clean up my room. Move. Stop sinking. Change what I have the power to change and deal with what I can't.

at first I thought... hmmm doesn't get cheesier than this. but I am so addicted!!!! I have had one very large cup (=to 3 cups) a day ever since!

Though if I can lose weight... hehe
so, crocheted bikinis popped to mind when I read that!

hoenestly, I don't care how much weight I lose... I will not be wearing one of those! :P

God no! Yikes. My stomach was already nasty looking from having babies and losing weight is only going to make it worse. No bikinis for me. Ever. I'll be doing good to put on a swimsuit at all. ;)

*giggles* yeah, I may not have had children, but bikinis are also out of the question for me! In fact, it has been at least 2-3 years since I have worn a swim suit.

and the crocheted ones.... we have the lovely hippies of the sixties to thank for that!
